3d social sites...

Can these models be used in 3d chat games where users create content like homes, furniture or clothing? I know in some of these games polygons might be an issue. Please look at these games like IMVU and SecondLife, this might be an overlooked market. Thanks

As long as the people that own the Chat Game don't charge people for being in the game or earn money for the game all together. Unless they buy the Extended License for the model, then they can do it. Without the Extended License, they can't.
