Attempted fraud

Hello,

I would like for any admin available to look into this issue.
The user erikghuk5534 is trying redistribute and make money of a non-commersial license of a robot character rig I have made available for download at creativecrash.com.

The original modeller of the robot model in question is an old college classmate of mine, here's his portfolio page:

This user does not have any of our approval to redistribute this model and certanly not to try and make money out of it.

I would like proper actions to be taken against this user and his attempted fraud.
